These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seeker mobile application (the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Inomo Studio.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Seeker is a mobile application intended to support individual well-being and mindful use of digital tools. The Service is intended solely for individual use and may not be redistributed or repurposed for commercial activities.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
All content provided in the app, including but not limited to audio sessions, images, and written materials, is the exclusive property of Inomo Studio and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without express permission.
Seeker is free to download. Certain features are available through a premium subscription with an auto-renewal mechanism. Your payment will be charged to your Apple account upon confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your App Store account settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
The content provided in the Seeker app is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
While we strive to offer a smooth and reliable experience, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Inomo Studio does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inomo Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. If we make material changes, we will notify users through the app or via other communication channels. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
