This Privacy Policy describes how Inomo Studio ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use the Seeker mobile application (the "Service").

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal information you share with us. This policy outlines what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account or use our mobile applications, we may collect certain personal details such as your name and email address. If you choose to save or favorite sessions, we store those saved session identifiers linked to your account so they can be available across devices. We use Crashlytics for limited crash diagnostics (such as crash traces, app version, device/OS information, and installation identifiers). We also use App Check to process app attestation signals and security tokens to help verify legitimate app requests and reduce abuse. These data may be disclosed to and processed by third-party providers like Google. We do not store or have access to your password.

We do not store your answers to in-app questions or chakra analysis results on our servers.

Our services are intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under this age.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used to:

• Manage your account and provide access to app features
• Facilitate subscriptions and provide access to premium features
• Communicate with you, including sending promotional messages if you have opted in
• Improve the quality, security, and performance of our services

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Some data may be processed by trusted third-party services that support our infrastructure (e.g., crash diagnostics and app attestation services, analytics, authentication). These partners only process your data under our instruction and in compliance with relevant privacy standards.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. You may delete your account in the app. When you do, we will delete or disconnect data linked to your account (such as saved/favorited sessions) within a reasonable time. You may also request deletion of your data or account at any time by contacting us.
